Apart from the private bathroom in each bedroom, there are 2 bedrooms with a jacuzzi that you can enjoy at any time. 5. Bedroom: The air-conditioned suite bedroom has a make-up table, 1 double bed, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. There is a balcony with sea view and there is a sitting group on the balcony.

6. Bedroom: The air-conditioned suite bedroom has a wardrobe, 2 single beds, a make-up table, a bathroom and a toilet. There is an exit to the terrace. There are chairs and coffee tables.

Living Room: There are tables and chairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver, sound system, DVD player, sitting group, iron and ironing board, sink, wireless modem, vacuum cleaner, sink and toilet in the living room. There is an exit from the living room to the poolside.

Kitchen: In the modern kitchen, microwave oven, built-in oven, toaster, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, water dispenser, built-in 4 stove, dinnerware for 12 people, spoon and fork set, pot and pan set glasses are included.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in all our villas is done once a day, in the morning or in the evening, by the officers who take care of the villa, and your garbage is taken out. Pool Dimensions of Our Villa: 15m x 4.5m, Pool Depth; Between 1.60 - 1.90cm

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue, garden table and chairs on the garden floor of our villa, which has a wide usage area.

Internet: There is WIFI in all our villas, and the use of WIFI is free of charge. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions and technical problems may sometimes occur due to internet service providers. Internet speed is sufficient for e-mail, social media usage, browsing news and other sites and doing research, but not enough for watching movies and downloading large files.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is cleaned in detail before you enter and delivered to you in a clean way. All our villas are cleaned once a week free of charge. If you want to have cleaning in between days, cleaning is done by the staff for an extra fee, bed linens and towels are changed.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken at the entrance to the villa. During your stay, if there is no broken, broken, damaged, lost or damaged property in the villa and in the villa, the deposit fee is returned to you at the exit from the villa.

Entry and Exit Information: The check-in time for all our villas is determined as 16:00 and the check-out time is determined as 10:00. For the customer who will enter after you, it is highly requested that you comply with the entry-exit times and show understanding in terms of cleaning and preparing the villa.

About Pool Heating: The maximum water temperature reached after activating the outdoor pool heating of our villas with pool heating feature is 28 °C. In November and March, the pool water can heat up to a maximum of 26°C, especially in the outdoor pools, due to weather conditions.
